A heat pump dehydrator acts as an efficient “heat mover” moving heat from the outside air into the drying chamber to dry food in an energy-saving way. The entire process is electric-driven, yet it saves 50-70% more electricity than traditional electric heating and offers automatic temperature and humidity control for simple operation.

熱吸収（蒸発）： 蒸発器は「ヒートスポンジ」のような働きをし、空気から暖気を取り込み、冷媒を蒸発させて低温・低圧のガスにする。

圧縮と加熱： コンプレッサーはこのガスを「絞り」、高温高圧にする。

熱の放出（凝縮）:コンデンサーはこの熱を放出し、乾燥室の空気を温めます。この熱風が唐辛子の上を循環し、効率よく水分を取り除きます。

拡張と冷却： 冷媒は膨張弁を通り、圧力が下がり、冷却されて液体に戻り、再びサイクルを開始する準備が整う。

湿度コントロール： 専用の除湿システムが湿気を取り除き、乾燥室を完全に乾燥した状態に保つ。
