ZN Heat Pump Dehydrator Working Process


ZN Dual-Function Heat Pump Dehydrator is an innovative machine that combines efficient dehydration with room cooling.
It uses heat pump technology to provide heat for drying inside its chamber. At the same time, it expels the cool air created by the heat pump’s operation to cool the surrounding external space, such as the room it’s in.
Dehydration Cycle
Inside the machine, the heat pump system sends hot air into the drying chamber. This air flows over the items, taking away their moisture. The warm, moist air then returns to the heat pump, where it’s cooled down. This causes the moisture to condense into water, which is then drained away. The now-dry air is heated again and sent back into the chamber to repeat the cycle.
Cooling Cycle
Simultaneously, as the drying cycle starts, the other end of the heat pump system begins to work. It pulls heat from the external room and transfers it into the machine’s interior to power the dehydration cycle. As a result, the temperature of the air in the external room drops, creating a cooling effect.
